You’ll need:

1/2 avocado

1/2 pear

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 Tbsp cinnamon

1/4 cup honey

Then:

Dice up the pear and place in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and freeze.

Dice the avocado and freeze in a separate bowl.

Remove avocado and pear from the freezer and leave to soften slightly, then combine in a bowl with the coconut milk and honey and use an old-school potato masher, for a coarser texture, or blitz in a food processor for a smoother result.
