‘September’s a good time to make resolutions because any time off over the summer will have given us some new energy,’ says Healthy‘s therapist, Lucy Beresford. ‘Plus, with New Year only four months away, you can think about making some smaller, manageable changes ahead of maybe making some bigger ones at New Year,’ she adds.

But making a healthy habit is one thing. Sticking to it is a whole other deal completely. And that’s where Lucy’s here to help

‘Balancing the healthy zeal at this time of year is about carving out set tasks or times of day – bite size chunks to maintain focus,’ she explains.

To help you create and stick to a sleep, fitness or healthy eating routine that delivers maximum results, Lucy is going to be live on Healthy‘s Twitter feed @healthymag next Monday 14th September at 1:30pm, taking your questions.
