It’s good to be good: how volunteering boosts your health

Around a quarter (27 per cent) of us volunteer regularly – once a month – according to a 2015-16 survey, while 41 per cent volunteer at least once a year. But did you know that volunteering can have real life benefits for your wellbeing?
