Clean eating snacks: Yin-yang eggs
These yin-yang eggs are a balanced and neutral start to the day. It’s a low carb breakfast with vitamins C and E to help your immune system. Try it out!
500ml cold water
2 quails eggs
½ green pepper, deseeded and diced
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 ripe avocado, sliced in half and stoned
1. Bring the water to boil in a wok or pan; boil eggs for 3 mins until hard. Place them under cold running water until they’re cool enough to handle.
2. Shell the eggs, then dice. Mix them with the pepper and add the chilli sauce. Toss together, fill the avocado halves and serve.
