What kind of cleansing routine do you recommend to keep my sensitive skin super clean? And should I change it up from morning to night?

We are all rather busy and the good news is your cleansing routine needs to be quick and simple.

Dermatologists agree that over-washing can lead to irritation and a lack of moisture. You want to retain your natural oils & work with them rather than against, which is where Abyssinian Oil is great. For very dry or sensitive skin, try to stick to cleansing once daily in the evening.

If you feel like you do need to cleanse in the morning just use a konjac sponge, its gentle, effective and 100% natural. Cleansing in the shower is also great because the mild steam will help soften hardened oil in pores.

Try an oil based natural cleanser, like Abyssinian Oil, for your night time routine. Ingredients like fragrance, which can be irritating, parabens or harsh soap should be avoided and I would always recommend a 100% natural is best.
