The closing date for all competitions, prize draws and giveaways is 13 September 2008 unless specified otherwise. 3. There is no purchase necessary. 4. Only one entry per person. 5. There are no cash or prize alternative(s) unless stated otherwise. 6. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. Winner(s) will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date by an independent judging body. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. All elements of the prize(s) are subject to availability. 9. Terms & conditions for prize draw:
Prize is as stated above. Winner must contact Bacall Associates to facilitate their booking. Prize includes two return economy flights with EVA Air from Heathrow to Bangkok. Flights must be booked by 20 NOVEMBER 2008 and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes must be paid by 10 DECEMBER 2008. Once flight tickets have been issued no changes are permitted. Travel to and from the winner’s home is not included. Return car transfers to and from Bangkok, and speedboat to Le Vimarn, Koh Samet are included. Other additional expenses like travel insurance are not included. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the holiday is booked and taken between 30 September 2008 and 24 June 2009. All dates are subject to availability and may not be taken during Christmas, New Year and public holidays, specifically 10 December 2008 to 10 January 2009, 18 January to 3 February 2009 and 5 April to 18 April 2009.
