Cheese fights disease

The researchers discovered cheese acts as a carrier for probiotic bacteria, helping to tackle age-related weakening of the immune system. When we get older, the body’s ability to respond to vaccinations and infections deteriorates. However, taking probiotics – and products that contain them – can help boost your immune system.
