- On a scale of 1-10 how healthy are you?
I would say thereâs a bit of room for improvement, so a 6-7. Iâm working away from home such a lot at the moment and my routine of regular exercise and home made food isnât happening! At home my routine is an 8 out of 10 Ithink. - How much sleep do you get?
I have an 11 month old daughter (Willow) so I donât get the âsleep of the deadâ I used to, I think I sleep about 7 hours a night but I donât sleep as deeply â one ear is always open! I used to conk out for 10 hours easily. But now I do catnap â itâs a rather useful new skill. - Do you/have you ever worried about your weight?
I used to model but in the early 1990âs we were all healthy size 10âs. I was never a catwalk model because I wouldnât starve myself. I try to be healthy but I think most women want to lose half a stone. - Do you have any favourite foods you cannot live without?
I absolutely love cheese and pasta, and recently Iâve been loving broccoli . - Do you take vitamins and supplements?
Glucosomine for my joints and effervescent Vitamin C - Do you have any vices or guilty treats you allow yourself?
I am partial to a gin and tonic but try to limit drinking to only 3 nights a week.. And I love ice cream â and anything with caramel â itâs my scary downfall. - If youâve had a bad day, how do you cheer yourself up?
Some âme timeâ: Iâll enjoy a long hot dead sea salt bath with lavender oil and a face mask, roll out of the bath and into bed to escape into a good book. Escapism works every time. - When were you fittest?
When I was training for the games for C4 four years ago â I had to try 8 different Olympic disciplines from hurdling to running to using the hammer! That was brilliant for my arms and back, I got really toned. - Has motherhood changed your health habits in any way?
Yes â some for the better â I am aware of being healthier in every way but I eat my food far too quickly and I donât sit and savour any more. - Do you have a personal trainer? Whatâs your current fitness routine?
I used a trainer to get me in shape after having Willow, but my life was more structured then and now my fitness routine is sporadic â if Iâm at home I âll try and go 3 or 4 times a week. It makes a huge difference, I really notice my body getting flabby when Iâm less active. - Whatâs your approach to going to the doctors?
I get right in there â I make sure have my regular smears and if anything bothers me I would rather sort it out than worry about it. - Ever spent a night in hospital?
Only the night I had Willow. - Favourite show you have taken part in?
A Place in the Sun â I visited so many different countries and I met my boyfriend/baby daddy too! - Whatâs the best bit of your body?
Legs! Whenever I put on weight it all goes to my face and tummy, my legs even withstood 3 and a half stone of baby weight!
